1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Axiom Eco-Pest Control (“Sponsor”), headquartered in Milwaukie, OR.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Oregon and Washington who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Axiom Eco-Pest Control, as well as immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.
3. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION
The Sweepstakes offers Entrants the chance to win two (2) floor seat tickets to a designated Portland Trail Blazers game.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes will run throughout the year, with drawings scheduled at Sponsor’s discretion for Portland Trail Blazers floor seat tickets. The Sponsor reserves the right to alter or cancel any Sweepstakes dates and prize drawings.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following actions (limit of one entry per person):

- Sign up for a new annual service. (10 additional entries)
- Refer a friend who signs up for an annual service: (5 additional entries)
- Restart annual service (must have been inactive for at least 6 months). (5 additional entries)
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
6. PRIZES
Winners will receive two floor seats to a Portland Trail Blazers game (specific game to be determined by Sponsor). The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded.
7. DRAWINGS AND ODDS
Random drawings will occur throughout the year, and winners will be selected from eligible entries received up to the time of each drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at [WEBSITE]. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by phone via the contact information provided upon entry no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the event. The potential winner must accept the prize verbally as directed by Sponsor upon notification of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including call screening, technical difficulties, or incorrect contact information.
10. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING
By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it is deemed incomplete, incorrect, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by technical errors or human intervention in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is also not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or unauthorized access in the Sweepstakes process.
13. DISPUTES
Any dispute regarding this Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Oregon. By participating, entrants agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portland, OR.
